A carefully curated 6 week, twice a week postpartum program that focuses on gently strengthening the posterior chain and core. This program is written specifically for postpartum women and can be modified through virtual training to accommodate any specific concerns. Jumping back in to training does not account for the changes our body makes throughout pregnancy. This program is meant to create a base strength to work from. We specifically challenge the core with diastasis recti safe movements to make sure optimal healing can occur in the abdomen while also stabilizing the core. We also address the posterior chain to strengthen the large muscle groups of the butt and legs as a base for any strong body. Every part of the program is meant to accommodate holding the babe if needed so you can incorporate your baby into your workouts and still get some mom self care in.
