Virtual 12 Week Postpartum Workouts

This course is a virtual private training with 24 training sessions and programming.

A more intense and longer version of the 6 week course, this course is meant for those who are looking to not only gain some strength but eventually transition to a consistent workout program. This program creates a base before jumping in to anything that might be too strenuous on a postpartum core. A carefully curated 12 week, twice a week virtual postpartum program, with a once weekly homework workout. We focus on gently strengthening the posterior chain and core, stretching the hips and lower body, and slowly gaining cardiovascular training. This program is written specifically for postpartum women and can be modified through virtual training to accommodate any specific concerns. Jumping back in to training does not account for the changes our body makes throughout pregnancy. We specifically challenge the core with diastasis recti safe movements to make sure optimal healing can occur in the abdomen while also stabilizing the core. We also address the posterior chain to strengthen the large muscle groups of the butt and legs as a base for any strong body. Every part of the program is meant to accommodate holding the babe if needed so you can incorporate your baby into your workouts and still get some mom self care in.

We focus on safe, strength building exercises to create a strong body and mind. Mom self care comes in many forms and sweating is a great one.

These workouts are written in a Crossfit style, as that is my training and 10 years of experience, serving women in every season of life.
